Top 5 Fastest Motorcycles 2014 In The World

Zak Ben - Saturday, February 08, 2014
What is the fastest standard motorcycle in the world? Difficult to answer, especially after the agreement between all the houses to limit the speed to 299 Km/h on their super sports: to see which could be contenders for this title we have however tried to comb through the technical data between the two faster wheels. Here is a short list of those who, in our opinion, could have the cards to be termed the "Queens of speed", or rather "Queens of 299 Km/h!

1. Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R

The fastest super sports Japanese touches the 200 HP with one click from 0 to 100 Km/h burned in just over three-and-a-half seconds. It costs about 16 thousand euros.

2.BMW S1000RR

The Helix House has just obtained (with riding our Marco Melandri) his first victory in the Superbike Championship with BMW S 1000 RR; the road version unleashes 193 HP and is priced at about 17 thousand euros.

3. MV-Agusta F4 1000 RR

The House of Varese has among its jewels even this small work of art, even with 201 HP of power and for sale at the price (not too small) to 23,200 euros.

4. Ducati 1199 Panigale

The heir of the historical 1098 has been revolutionized and perhaps today represents the best in terms of super bikes. Thanks to the boost of 195 HP, Panigale S Burns shooing from 0 to 100 Km/h in less than three seconds. The price of 24 thousand euros.

5. Suzuki GSX 1300R Hayabusa

This "Monster" of 1,340 cc (more than a normal car!) has a power of 197 HP. Another thing that we like? The price! Lower than many direct competitors: 14,850 euros.
