The Guardian has announced the list of 100 best footballers in the world . And we topbestbox could not help but post the full ranking that sees the opposition 's best football players in the world . A team of 11 international experts has prepared a list of 30 players each ranked in order of preference. The first place of each list took 30 points, second place went up 29 points in 30th place which was awarded 1 point.
