Just like after a fall from a horse it is important to go back right away, so when you are afraid of something you have to deal with it head-to try to exorcise it. I have an absurd fear of falling downstairs while I'm sitting on the toilet in the bathroom. I do not know why, maybe I've seen too many movies idiotic? My method for dealing with this fear is to go to the bathroom often and stay there even more than they should. People are much more normal than me terrified of spiders, the idea that an insect can squeeze into shoes without our knowledge . Or suck the insects in general let alone see someone with a huge cockroach near the mouth.
So, are we ready? It 's time to face our fears.
